Aurora Real Estate

Bordering Denver on the east with a population close to 300,000, Aurora is second in population to Denver itself in the metro area. There is some employment base but Aurora is primarily a suburban with a large range of housing. The Colorado Health Sciences Center (Colorado University’s Medical School) along with several other medical facilities is relocating to the former Fitzimons Army Medical Center providing a significant new employment base for the city. The city has few restrictions to growth and is the location of a substantial portion of the metro are housing built during the past ten years.
