Arvada Real Estate
Arvada is located just to the northwest of Denver and and is a quick commute to downtown Denver. Arvada is primarily a residential area, sporting a population of around 105,000. Arvada has one of the stronger senses of “community” of any of the suburbs. The city is well established and many of the residents who move will do so within its borders. It boasts an excellent performing arts center and good community recreation centers.
There is both older and newer homes for sale with pricing generally in the mid ranges. Because the city cannot increase in geographical size, there is less new and newer construction here. Please allow me to introduce you to the Arvada real estate market.
